We are responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. We manage the costs on a construction project. We are central to the decision-making process throughout the development of a project, from initial inception to final completion. Our professional team is wholly responsible for:

• The preparation of cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labour involved.

• The preparation of cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involve liaising with relative professionals.

• The preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

• The evaluation tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
